Our objective is at least 3 days QRV between 22 July and 26 July (2011) with two stations on 40/30/20/17m. We will be primarily on CW to give as many Little Pistol IOTA stations a chance to work us. Hopefully there will be no solar flares during our activation of NA-242. The dates could vary by a day or two depending upon local WX and logistics. PROPAGATION FORECASTS

The following 24 QTH propagation forecasts are .pdf files from the W6EL Prop(TM) program, using SFI=95 and K=2. HamCAP propagation maps were produced based upon the same SFI & K, with 200w and 1/4 wave vertical on the TX side, and a 3el yagi at 55 feet AGL (20m-10m) and a 1/2 wave dipole at 55 feet AGL (40m & 30m) on the RX end. Depending upon actual solar condx and station configurations, the predicted openings could occur earlier, later, for longer or shorter periods, or not at all in the event of a solar flare. Please understand these are "Best Guesstimates" the night before leaving for NA-242.
